On the island, there are only three guaranteed things:
- coconuts 🥥
- failed rescue plans 🚫
- blaming Gilligan 🙃
In “Three to Get Ready,” the castaways set out on yet another mission that should work, could work, almost works…
…and then collapses into petty bickering and finger-pointing like it’s a hobby.
Everyone’s convinced their idea is right.
Everyone’s sure someone else is the problem.
And Gilligan, as always, becomes the designated “problem-shaped piñata.” 🎯😂

Progress dies when pride takes over the wheel.
Teamwork isn’t about everyone being brilliant.
It’s about everyone being humble enough to combine whatever brilliance they have.
The island doesn’t reward solo genius.
It rewards collaboration.
Even if that collaboration includes one lovable doofus holding the rope wrong.
