What you’ll need:
- 1 paper plate
- Green or sea-blue paint
- Colored paper for flippers + head
- Scissors & glue
- Markers, watercolor, or crayons
- Optional: sand, shells, glitter, googly eyes
How to make it:
- Paint the paper plate in soft ocean colors — seafoam, aqua, sandy tan.
- Add a turtle-shell pattern with markers or paint.
