Flotsam Friday: The Beach Chair Skeleton

Today I found the remains of a beach chair.

Not the chair itself…
more like the chair’s ghost.

A bent aluminum frame half-buried in sand, as if it had tried to survive one last windy day and lost the battle. 😏🏝️

It was a little tragic.
But also hilarious.

Because every beach person knows:

The ocean doesn’t just take your stuff.
It takes it with attitude.

🌊 Flotsam Wisdom

Everything you bring to the beach is temporary.

Chairs break.
Umbrellas flip.
Coolers roll away like they’re possessed. 🧊😆

And that’s the deal:

You get a perfect day…
but you don’t get to control it.

The chair may be gone, but the idea remains:

Find a seat while you can.
Enjoy the view.
Laugh when the wind wins.

🏖️ Beach Tag:
Nothing lasts forever… so sit down and enjoy the tide while it’s here.

Flotsam question:
What’s the funniest beach equipment fail you’ve ever witnessed? Umbrella disaster? Chair collapse? Cooler escape? 😂
